Hello my name is Joanna Austin and I have been working in the recruitment industry for over 30 years. In 2008 I decided to set up my own business and do recruitment my way.

I pride myself on my approachable, friendly and down to earth nature and I spend time getting to know both my clients and candidates, as there is more to recruitment than just matching candidates skills to a job specification.

As a business I recruit for permanent and contract vacancies within the Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire area.

I offer flexible candidate registrations as I appreciate it’s not always possible to meet between 9 – 5 pm!

I have lived in the Wokingham area all of my life. My career started within Estate Agency and then I moved onto travelling around the world working for the Airlines. I returned to the ground and started to recruit for British Airways and this is where my passion for recruitment began. Prior to setting up Austin Clark Recruitment I was the Branch Manager of Blue Arrow in Wokingham. When not at work you can find me at a Pilates or Aerobics class or relaxing at Nirvana Spa!
