A leading business based in Bracknell is looking to recruit a New Business Consultant (part time hours) to join their team.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating opportunities and connecting prospective clients with a New Business Manager by booking demonstration calls. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to consistently hit monthly targets and KPI’s to maximise their earning potential. Ideal for working parents who want to work school hours.

Job Responsibilities;

  • Pro actively generate New Business leads through a multitude of media from Linkedin to telephone.
  • Book demonstration calls for New Business Managers.
  • Gather market and client information.
  • Build effective working relationships internally, working closely with colleagues as needed to bring in new business.
  • Ensure that KPI’s and targets are met and exceeded.
  • Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.

You will need to have;

  • Excellent communication skills with a flawless telephone manner and the ability to build rapport
  • Effective written communication skills
  • Previous experience in lead generation
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client/customer relationships
  • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
  • The skills to work as part of a team with the ability to shine as an individual
  • Capability to flourish in a competitive environment
  • Effective objection handling and influencing skills
  • Ability to analyse your own performance to seek constant improvement
  • Previous experience with sales management software and CRM would be an asset.

Working hours will be 9.30 – 2.30pm Monday – Friday + excellent benefits. Salary £13,416 + approx £4k comission
