A leading business based in Farnborough is looking to recruit an In House Recruiter to join their team, in a new and exciting position.

You will be responsible for;

  • The entire recruitment process of assigned searches – from placing a job advert internally and externally; to arranging initial meetings through to 2nd round interviews; to offering and handing over to the HR team for onboarding
  • Organisation of elements of the recruitment process (scheduling, candidate communication etc.)
  • Advising internal stakeholders on the definition of suitable recruitment strategies, channels, and sources
  • Actively Sourcing where needed, e.g apprentice and targeted recruitment
  • Supporting and collaborating on Employer Branding initiatives
  • Ensuring that supplier management and policies are applied correctly
  • Handling all CV’s and applications; assisting with queries and updating the applicant tracker

Ideal experience/background is;

  • 2+ years of experience as Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant in an international environment, preferably industrial
  • Experience in the use of social media for Active Sourcing and recruitment purposes
  • Excellent English skills other languages such as German, French, are a plus
  • Strong networking skills, good negotiation skills
  • Very high customer and business orientation
  • Resilient, efficient and fast-paced work style
  • Cultural sensitivity and high level of emotional intelligence
  • Curious, willing to learn, creative
  • Strong ethics and discreet

Salary/benefit details;

  • Salary up to £45k base + 8.5% bonus
