Crew Co-ordinator – Events Logistics
Are you a methodical thinker with a strong background in logistics or scheduling? Do you thrive in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments where every decision matters? A leading events logistics company is looking to recruit an additional Crew Co-ordinator to join our dedicated team.
This role plays a vital part in the smooth delivery of our services, ensuring our crew are in the right place, at the right time, with the right brief.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client requests via phone, email, and messaging systems with speed and professionalism.
- Allocate skilled event crew to daily job requirements using our bespoke scheduling system.
- Understand client project requirements, timelines, and crew needs in detail.
- Brief Crew Supervisors and team members on job-specific instructions.
- Submit completed project paperwork to the accounts team for invoicing.
- Apply structured planning and scheduling techniques—ideally drawn from backgrounds in logistics, operations, construction, engineering, maintenance, or distribution.

- A methodical and highly organised individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in document and spreadsheet presentation.
- A confident, team-oriented, and professional manner.
- Previous experience in scheduling, operations, or events coordination is highly desirable, though full training will be provided.
Working Pattern:
- Full-time, permanent.
- Two weeks office-based: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm.
- One week night rota (remote): Monday to Friday, 5:00pm–9:00am. Includes up to 3 hours of administrative work per night. Additional £100/week.
- Weekend coverage: 13 weekends per year (remote). Additional £250/weekend.
- Please note: Peak months are June, July, September, and November – holidays during these periods are generally restricted but some flexibility is possible.
Salary & Benefits:
- £26,000 – £28,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Plus overtime and on-call duties (potential to earn £5,000+ extra per year)
