  • Apply structured planning and scheduling techniques—ideally drawn from backgrounds in logistics, operations, construction, engineering, maintenance, or distribution.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A methodical and highly organised individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in document and spreadsheet presentation.
  • A confident, team-oriented, and professional manner.
  • Previous experience in scheduling, operations, or events coordination is highly desirable, though full training will be provided.

Working Pattern:

  • Full-time, permanent.
  • Two weeks office-based: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm.
  • One week night rota (remote): Monday to Friday, 5:00pm–9:00am. Includes up to 3 hours of administrative work per night. Additional £100/week.
  • Weekend coverage: 13 weekends per year (remote). Additional £250/weekend.
  • Please note: Peak months are June, July, September, and November – holidays during these periods are generally restricted but some flexibility is possible.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £26,000 – £28,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Plus overtime and on-call duties (potential to earn £5,000+ extra per year)
  • Full training and support provided
  • Join a growing, respected team within the live events logistics sector

If you have a logistical mindset, strong coordination skills, and a drive to deliver excellence every day, we’d love to hear from you.
