A great opportunity has arisen to join an Fun, E-learning business in a hybrid based role where you can work from home but travel to Hammersmith office will be required one day every one to two weeks.

You will be part of an established team who are delivering value to existing clients and partners, in addition to helping the new business division onboard new clients. They are seeking an individual with Learning and Development or training industry experience who is looking to grow their knowledge and experience in their next role.

Key responsibilities;


  • Providing effective administrative support to enable the delivery of the partner business number, working with the Head of Client Success and Managing Director to define success.
  • Supporting partner relationships by; offering client success services; sharing insightful analytics; overseeing the creation of content matches against competency frameworks; on-boarding new partners and help identify potential new partners.
  • Identifying clients/partners who may be at risk and need additional support to retain them or drive revenue opportunities.
  • Hold quarterly reviews, as appropriate, to gain insight into pipeline management and opportunities.

Client Account Management

  • Responsibility for a number of clients and building relationships to understand how we are delivering value and ascertaining areas for improvement.
  • Develop an effective account plan to meet defined KPI’s specifically in relation to client retention and growth.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate renewals forecast and records within our CRM system
  • Contribution to creating compelling documentation and presenting this to senior stakeholders for all clients across the business, in collaboration with the Head of Client Success.
  • Schedule regular, recurring interactions with defined clients.

Administrative duties

Providing an efficient and effective administrative service to our wider team in order to help deliver excellent services to our growing partner base. This is an integral part of the role.

  • Providing support to our Head of Client Success and Head of Sales & Marketing, to enable them to focus on their area of expertise from a revenue generating perspective. To help support and ensure time efficiencies within the team.
  • Scheduling calls for the senior team members who are managing our partner relationships; whether that be long standing established relationships or building new ones.
  • To be able to support our partners with delivering our client success services and sharing best practice stories, where appropriate.
  • To send marketing emails on a regular basis to our partner contacts, in partnership with our marketing and client success teams.
  • Ownership of the company operations manual to assist the wider sales team

Personal profile

  • Client facing/relationship experience in large corporates and small to medium businesses.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail with a strong ability to multi-task, prioritise and juggle multiple tasks and clients
  • Demonstrate tenacity, drive and passion
  • Proven success against targets and KPI’s
  • Demonstrable, pragmatic, ambitious and fun
  • Energetic and motivated, a genuine self-starter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A true team player, happy to work as part of a small team and have a positive impact
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office as a minimum
  • Degree educated or with relevant L&D experience in an account management or client solutions role.
  • A demonstrable passion for learning


  • Work patterns have changed – we are open to any location/working arrangement – though being able to meet the London based team occasionally for social events is something you won’t want to miss!
