A leading freight forwarding business is looking to recruit an experienced Air and Ocean Export Clerk to join their team.
Main Purpose of the Role:
Handling Air and Ocean export freight forwarding operations, which would involve completing jobs from start to finish.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle Air and Ocean freight export operations from start to finish
- Provide a high level of customer service to clients
- Work within company guidelines at all times
- Communicating effectively with colleagues, as part of a team
To Be Considered:
- Proven experience in Air and Ocean export freight forwarding operations, or working as an Air Export Clerk
- Working experience with Boxtop or Sequioa is desirable.
- Ability to work well under pressure, and stick to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
