My Clients in Finchampstead are recruiting for an Account Program Manager to join their team.

The Program Management the role activities will include:

  • Manage customer accounts in-line with contractual commitments and ensure program expectations and KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Act as the key interface between customers and internal support departments ensuring strong and lasting relationships are built and maintained at all levels within both organisations.
  • Manage the service delivery of internal support departments (Tech Services, Customer Support & Supplier Management) and ensure customer requirements are responded to in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and present customer performance reports and represent the company during customer program reviews.
  • Provide support, as required, for new sales activities and subsequently leading the implementation of new customer programs.
  • The continuous review of company processes and procedures and customer interactions to ensure that both internal efficiencies and customer satisfaction are maximised.
  • Work alongside the Senior Leadership Team towards the development of company strategy

Candidates are expected to have excellent analytical, communication and problem solving skills and be available to travel globally as and when required.

Also we are looking for candidates with a degree in Management or Engineering, ideally, or customer facing Project Management experience.

An excellent salary offered of £45,000 plus and Hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
