Our Clients based in Aldershot are currently seeking a Service Co-ordinator to join their small but busy team.
Hours can be full time/part time or even hybrid!
The main responsibilities are administration and daily co-ordination of service department to encompass the following;
- Liaising with contractors
- Organising and Scheduling contractors diaries
- Providing documentation to contractors and clients and uploading to CRM system
- Development of supplier relationship
- Production of purchase orders
- Ordering all materials with suppliers
- Providing customer service
- General day to day co-ordination of the service department.
- Stock control
- Responsible for overseeing job costing reports to senior management
Full time hours of work are 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday, part time options available as is Hybrid working.
Full time salary if £25k, this will be pro rata for part time candidates.
