A leading business in Bracknell is looking to recruit a Payout Administrator to join their team.

The Payouts team as a whole support the customers with the assistance of an Account Manager. The Payout Administrators take responsibility for processing the paperwork in relation to their customers as well as providing back-up to the other administrators.

Job Purpose:

Take responsibility for the timely and accurate handling of customer documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage inbound customer documentation.
  • Maintain CRM records to the accepted business standard.
  • Completing verbal delivery checks with customers.

Additional tasks with experience:

  • Distribute accurate documentation to customers in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with customers promoting regular verbal interactions.
  • Manage and develop relationships.
  • Provide prompt and accurate updates to the Account Management Teams.
  • Provide deal progression updates to the Sales Team.
  • Resolve any queries relating to proposals prior to payout.

Salary £18k + 23 days holiday + free parking.
