A leading business in Bracknell is looking to recruit a Payout Administrator to join their team.
The Payouts team as a whole support the customers with the assistance of an Account Manager. The Payout Administrators take responsibility for processing the paperwork in relation to their customers as well as providing back-up to the other administrators.
Take responsibility for the timely and accurate handling of customer documentation
- Process and manage inbound customer documentation.
- Maintain CRM records to the accepted business standard.
- Completing verbal delivery checks with customers.
Additional tasks with experience:
- Distribute accurate documentation to customers in a timely manner.
- Communicate with customers promoting regular verbal interactions.
- Manage and develop relationships.
- Provide prompt and accurate updates to the Account Management Teams.
- Provide deal progression updates to the Sales Team.
- Resolve any queries relating to proposals prior to payout.
Salary £18k + 23 days holiday + free parking.
