A leading business based in Wokingham is looking to recruit a Customer Services Executive to join their team.
This role is open to candidates with no office experience (graduate, retail backgrounds) although any office based experience would be beneficial.
Job duties include:
- Ensure the Customer Service desk is covered at all times
- Provide first line response
- Taking clients detailed information and entering onto system
- Producing key reports for the sales team
- Send out invoice, invitation letters and confirmation emails/details to customers
- Taking payments for bookings and ensuring accuracy
- Filing all paperwork
- Attend internal webinars to increase industry knowledge
Salary £18,00 per annum + £1,800 bonus + benefits package including 23 days holiday and free parking.
Hours are on a 2 week rota, Week 1: 9 – 5.30pm Monday – Friday, week 2 8.30am – 5pm Monday – Friday
