Description

A leading business based in Wokingham is looking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor to join their Customer Service team of 13 on an initial 6 month contract (this role may be made permanent after this period)

Duties include:

  • Manage and process trade orders via SAP
  • Manage Customer Order queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Manage stock returns and paperwork as per the company returns procedure, including processing all credits for returned stock
  • Administer discounts and price changes
  • Contribute to achieving overall Customer Service Team KPIS – including Telephony answering and Accuracy
  • Manage and process sample requests and ensure proactive follow-up where appropriate
  • Take incoming calls on our Advice free phone line from customers
  • Obtain and maintain knowledge of the product ranges to be able to advise customers appropriately
  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection requirements at all times maintaining the database and obtaining written/verbal consent for permission to contact Home Delivery Service, with all our potential customers
  • Support Sales and Marketing Teams at external events and process sample requests
  • Develop key relationships with all customers to ensure effective communication
  • Obtain and maintain knowledge of the product ranges
  • Any other duties as management may require

Salary up to £24,500 per annum. Hours are 8.30am – 5pm Monday – Friday + free parking
