A leading business based in Bracknell is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious individual with a keen willingness to learn all aspects of the Finance Department and who is looking for a career within a growing organisation.
Responsibilities will include:
- Purchase and Sales Ledger processing;
- Bank reconciliations and bank transfers;
- Credit control;
- Liaising with external finance departments and suppliers on phone and email
- Assisting with other ad hoc office duties as required.
The ideal candidate should be qualified to at least AAT Level 3, flexible, highly motivated and willing to help out where necessary. You must be a proficient user of Sage Line 50, and Microsoft Office. A record of suggesting and implementing new systems, whilst also strictly adhering to existing accounting procedures, would also be an advantage.
Salary range DOE, approx £25 – £30k, working 9 – 5 Monday – Friday, free parking, easy commute from train station.
