Description

A leading business based in Wokingham is looking to recruit a Product Administrator to join their team on a 12 month Maternity Cover.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Production Order Management

  • Creation of orders and communication with the Brand(s)
  • Liaising with global markets for stock sharing
  • Weekly management of stock offer
  • Importation of stock
  • Allocation of stock per brand requests
  • Updating the Order Book spreadsheet

Production Order Management (Boxes and Point of Sale)

  • Creation of orders and communication with suppliers
  • Maintain diary of shipments and liaise with the warehouse
  • Manage box and POS spread sheets and reports to support ordering
  • Monthly management of deliveries
  • Order / Delivery chasing

New Product Management

  • Updating attributes and product application
  • Create initial orders and salesman samples
  • Manage dummy samples
  • Setting up new product – pricing, description and detailed information on Workspace

Month End Procedures

  • Running sequence check to ensure no outstanding orders
  • Running report for stock count
  • Resolving any stock differences

Trade Show Management

  • Create and manage giveaways
  • Liaise with the wider Group for import of materials
  • Manage Group samples and POS
  • Manage Trade show diary, and all planning
  • Confirmation of appointments with customers.

Sample Management

  • Manage individual warehouse locations including salesforce
  • Issue new samples and recall discontinued ones.
  • Arranging sample requests for photo shoots and meetings
  • Barcoding where appropriate

This role is offered on a 12 month maternity contract, salary up to £30k + benefits including 25 days holiday, free parking etc

Experience within FMCG/Retail/Brand environment is essential.
