Austin Clark Recruitment is an Independent Recruitment Agency which is managed by Joanna Austin and Stephanie Cooke (Nee Clark). We are two experienced, local consultants with an excellent reputation in the Thames Valley Area, and a total of over 15 years recruitment experience in the local market.

Joanna Austin has lived in Berkshire all of her life and attended the Holt School in Wokingham. After leaving college Jo began her sales career as an Estate Agent in Bracknell and was very successful. Jo then persued her dream of becoming a member of Cabin Crew for British Midland and flew all over the world! When her feet returned to the ground Jo turned her hand to recruitment which she has been doing ever since and she founded Austin Clark Recruitment with her ex work colleague Stephanie in 2008. In her spare time Jo loves attending her local aerobics and pilates class and is always socialising with friends!
Stephanie Cooke (Nee Clark) has also lived in Berkshire all of her life and attended Ranelagh School in Bracknell where she took her GCSE's and A Levels, after completing a work placement in sixth form at a Bracknell based company she decided she wanted to go straight into the world of work rather than going on to further education. Stephanie started her career within human resources and within this role she discovered a passion for recruitment. Since then Stephanie has worked within the Recruitment arena and founded Austin Clark Recruitment with Jo in 2008. In her spare time Stephanie loves learning to cook (although she insists she's now a brilliant chef!), watching neighbours (!), shopping and socialising with friends.
